César Ernesto de Cesare (Ecuador), ICF athlete of the month
The argentinian competing for Ecuador César Ernesto de Cesare has become athlete of the month for the ICF, after a great season achieving the Olympic qualification and winning a gold medal in the Panamerican Games, both in K1 200. This represents a new step forward in his personal career, not easy at all, that he explains in this interview at the ICF Planet Canoe webpage.
